I believe EFT to be one of the biggest breakthroughs in psychology and medicine in a century."

EFT Quick Start
'How To' Video with Dawson Church: https://youtu.be/4ZDjAhuo_6Y (8 minutes) DEMO of basic EFT meridian tapping points: http://vimeo.com/69264403 (4 minutes) TIPS: The specific order of meridian points tapped does not matter... It does not matter which side of the body we tap on, or whether we tap on both sides at the same time...(find what feels most natural for yourself). It also does not matter which words we use while tapping; we don't need to actually voice words. What can make a big difference during EFT tapping, is how effectively we focus on any and all negative emotions related to a specific event -- the more specific, the better -- breaking generalizations down into single events to address separately seems to work best. This type of focus signals to our reactive body chemistry how we do NOT want to feel anymore about that particular event. Any uncomfortable negativity we might experience during such intense focusing will generally last only a few seconds / minutes before disappearing FOR GOOD. Research indicates EFT helps us long term: If or when we happen to think about this stressful event later on, or experience something similar, those thoughts won't automatically trigger the usual, related harmful 'fight or flight' stress chemicals; our brain has been LITERALLY 'rewired' by EFT to process this situation in a positive, healthier mode. The next time you're upset, depressed, or feel like venting or stewing:
You may be surprised at how fast EFT can give us back positive control over many, very stressful and counterproductive emotions. We still remember what happened, but NOW we can rationally consider how to deal with it in the best possible way..... Suggested Tips, if EFT isn't Working: Dawson Church recommendations: http://vimeo.com/14299349 (4 minutes) Also try..... Drink some water first to ensure good hydration for meridian point activity. Keep affirmative choices positive by excluding any 'not' logic... Instead of, "I'm choosing not to feel stressed about this event....", use, "I'm choosing to feel relaxed and positive about this event....."
